WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?

Clothing must be returned unworn, with tags still attached and a copy of your purchase receipt. Returns are accepted within 30 days from your ship date. We do not accept exchanges online. Cost of original shipping and return shipping will not be refunded. We currently do not ship internationally. Sale items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged. Any online item shipped back for a return will have a payment processing time of 2-3 business days.

Full price items can be returned in store within 30 days of purchase for store credit or exchange only with a copy of your receipt. 

 HOW DO I MAKE A RETURN?

Review our criteria above and be sure the items are eligible for a return. Include a copy of your purchase invoice in your return. Mail your online returns to the following address:

Send your package back to us via the most affordable shipping method of your choice. If available, we recommend taking note of your tracking number from your shipping label. We will email you once everything is processed and completed.

FINAL SALE ITEMS?

All sales of accessories, jewelry, purses and sale items are final. They cannot be returned for exchange, credit, or refunds.

CAN I MAKE A PHONE ORDER?

If you see a product you love from our Instagram but can’t make it in store, you can always make a phone order! Call (949) 366-0561 ext. 1 to speak to a sales associate about getting product sent to you.

DO YOU WORK WITH INFLUENCERS?

Yes! We love working with bloggers and influencers. Please send your media kit to melroseintheoc@gmail.com for review and we will respond as soon as possible. We offer in store try on sessions, sent products, and modeling sessions for our website/Instagram. We would love to hear from you!

DO YOU OFFER GIFT CARDS?

Yes! We have two separate gift card options available. In Store Gift Cards are physical gift cards and can only be used at our locations in San Clemente, CA and do not work for online purchases. eGift Cards are only valid for online purchases. When you purchase an eGift Card, you will be emailed a unique code to apply at checkout to redeem its value. Discount codes are NOT valid for purchasing gift cards and if purchased with one, the transaction will be cancelled and refunded.
